This multigenerational landscape project, completed in phases from Fall 2024 to Summer 2025, was a collaborative effort with Lynn and David. Through virtual meetings, pottery store excursions, and numerous on-site visits, we designed spaces that foster connection. We look forward to seeing the daphnes mature under the front window and the blue grama and dropseed grasses gracefully sway amidst the blazing star.
A core objective was to utilize predominantly native plants and minimize water consumption, while maximizing the use of existing on-site materials. We preserved the existing front walk and integrated the existing Colorado red flagstone into walkways and the new patio. The front lawn was seeded with High Country Garden’s "No Mow" fescue mix, a decision we wholeheartedly endorse, and the backyard features RTF water saver lawn. The installation was skillfully executed by Jesus & Son’s Landscape Contractors. Additional photos to come!
